2025 Kleinlerer Cuvée Sacha & Nitza Rosé of Cinsault
Bruella Ranch (Organic)
Lodi, California

Cuvée Sacha & Nitza Rosé of Cinsault returns with a new vintage and the same point of view. Native to Provence, where it’s prized for light, aromatic rosés, and the Rhône Valley, where it also shines in fresh reds, Cinsault is a grape built on finesse, not force.

The fruit comes from an organically farmed vineyard in Lodi, a region known for growing beautiful Rhône varieties. Planted to Cinsault (Black Malvoisia Clone 3) in sandy soils along the Mokelumne River, the site naturally delivers lift and clarity. The result is a bright, refreshing rosé with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and wildflowers, anchored by vibrant acidity.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in neutral French oak and aged gently in barrel, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. It nods to Provence but speaks clearly in a California accent—fresh, precise, and a little unexpected.

Named in memory of my parents, Sacha and Nitza, this wine reflects the home I grew up in: layered cultures, strong opinions, warmth for everyone at the table. Rosé sits comfortably between white and red, borrowing from both while standing firmly on its own. That in-between nature makes it the perfect expression for this cuvée.

This is a bottle made for the table and beyond. Mediterranean in spirit, endlessly versatile: my mother’s salads, schnitzel, or chicken soup; my father’s chicken with lemon sauce or garlic pasta; or whatever you’re cooking tonight.

Raise a glass of Cuvée Sacha & Nitza to the people who shaped you—and to keeping them close, one bottle at a time.
